Delivery & Returns
We will always aim to ship your orders as fast as possible, typically on the next day. However, on some occasions you may have to allow 3 working days before your item is dispatched. Please note that during busy periods, such as the sales or Christmas, this may take a little longer. We process all orders as quickly as possible, so we will try to deliver sooner if we can. We will notify you by email once your order is made and has been dispatched, or if there are any unforeseen delays.
We deliver internationally. Shipping costs are calculated carefully. They will depend on your order and whether it is sent 'tracked' or not. You can work out the shipping cost at the checkout page (no need to enter all your details at this point).
Royal Mail First Class to the UK usually arrive within 1-2 working days of dispatch, whilst 'tracked' will arrive the next morning of dispatch.
With the exception of personalised items and sale items, you can cancel your order within 10 days of delivery by returning the product(s) at your own expense in their original packaging, unused and unwashed. Caarmi will refund the order, shipping cost deducted.
If you need to return an item, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Postage charges cannot be refunded. Items should be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. You, the customer, are responsible for the cost of the return postage. We strongly advise you to return using a secure postal method, as we can not refund or exchange for items not received.
The images, text and design of our website and marketing material are the property of Caarmi. We will treat any infringement of these rights seriously.
