This Privacy Policy applies to the Merge Ten mobile application, including gameplay features, Google sign-in, in-app purchases, order viewing, and the in-app privacy policy page.
2. Data We Access, Collect, or Store
2.1 Account and sign-in information
If you choose to sign in with Google, we and our authentication providers may access account information that you authorize through Google Sign-In, such as your display name, email address, and profile photo.
2.2 Purchase and order information
If you make in-app purchases, we and our billing-related service providers may process purchase details, such as product identifiers, order status, transaction identifiers, and records needed to deliver gold, restore purchases, and show order history. Payment card details are processed by Google Play or other applicable payment providers and are not stored by the App as local gameplay data.
2.3 Gameplay and local app data
The App stores gameplay-related information locally on your device, including scores, elapsed play time, high scores, history records, gold balance, and similar game progress data needed to provide game features.
2.4 Technical and diagnostic information
Our integrated platform, authentication, billing, and web content providers may automatically receive limited technical information needed to operate their services, such as device type, operating system, app version, network information, and service diagnostics.
2.5 Data we do not intentionally request
Based on the current version of the App, we do not intentionally request access to your precise location, contacts, microphone, camera, photos, SMS, or call logs for the App's core gameplay.
3. How We Use Data
- Provide gameplay, gold rewards, hints, score tracking, and history features.
- Allow you to sign in and display your account profile within the App.
- Process purchases, restore purchases, and show order history.
- Maintain app security, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable law.
- Respond to support or privacy inquiries sent through the contact channel on our Google Play listing.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal or sensitive user data.
We may share or make data available in the following circumstances:
- With service providers that support authentication, purchases, order management, hosting, or app operations.
- With Google or relevant app store and payment platforms to complete sign-in and billing flows.
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of assets, subject to applicable law.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
- Local gameplay data remains on your device until you clear app data, uninstall the App, or overwrite the records through normal app use.
- Purchase and order records may be retained for as long as necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with tax, accounting, or legal obligations, and enforce our terms.
- If you sign in with Google, you may sign out from within the App at any time.
- If you need help requesting deletion of any server-side data that may be associated with your use of the App, contact us through the developer contact information listed on Google Play.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal and sensitive user data. Where data is transmitted by us or our service providers, we expect modern transport security measures such as HTTPS/TLS to be used where applicable. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to provide valid consent on their own. If you believe a child provided personal data inappropriately, please contact us through the Google Play listing contact details.
8. International Processing
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own by us or our service providers, subject to applicable law.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version in the App and update the "Last updated" date above.
10. Additional Google Play Notice
For Google Play distribution, the same privacy policy should also be published at a public, non-editable, non-geofenced URL and linked in the designated Play Console privacy policy field.
